Looking for Differences

Now that Noah and Micah are approaching three months, they are starting to show their physical differences a bit more than before. We no longer have to keep one of Noah's nails painted for twin identification, which could be confusing when the paint would wear off. We also don't have to pick up both of them to see who's heavier (Micah was and still is the bigger baby). We now see differences in their faces, especially in their eyes and expressions. While it's hard to put in words what exactly the distinguishing features are, they are becoming more and more obvious to us. Micah (on the left in the photos below) has a rounder, wider face and head, chubbier cheeks, and a mellower demeanor. Noah has a more oval head/face, likes to scrunch his month, and eyes that look everywhere in curiosity. There's something about their eyes that sets them apart, so it's easier to confuse them when they're sleeping. I think we can more confidently say now that they are definitely fraternal twins. Just a few weeks ago, we still were contemplating doing a DNA test to find out if they could be identical twins. Nope, they're not identical, but definitely brothers!
